I spent 5 hours in the office. I came home and passed out for 3 hours. Apparently a bdominal wounds are quite tiring.

That's impressive. But take your time, man.

Well, that’s nothing! I can spend five hours at home and pass out for three hours afterwards!
I kinda want to go back to work at the office instead of from the home office, but we haven’t been cleared for it yet. Although today was a bit more productive than usual as I had some time to do some light svending on the Miata. My hands now smell like Armor-All and Simoniz. That’d never happen while working from the office.

Just taker it a few hours at a time.
Half days would prob ably be best for a while.

Very nice. Tomorrow I’m going to work from home, which hopefully means also having some time to do a few little things around here.

Thanks, I am. Planning to stay home tomorrow and take it easy. My goal is 2 half days this week, three next week, then add hours/days a little bit each week after that. At least thats the goal, but it will be all up to how I feel.

Chew everything, even milk, 40 times and do regular breathing exercises. Ask your doctor about the last if they didn’t hand you a breathing toy in the hospital.

I had one in the hospital, though they didn’t send it home with me. Ive been walking a lot, though, which seems to be a good, relatively low impact exercise.
